Russia is inhabited by elves

According to the results of the population census held last year in Russia the country seem to be inhabited not only by humans, but also by… elves. People were free to name the nationality they belong to, so some of them stated they are elves and hobbits. Russia’s officials say that if such populations continue to grow, they may soon have to be officially recognised as nationalities:)
