Oscar. Anybody left out?

Just looked through the Oscar nominees. And I’ve got a feeling they’d left out a few really deserving people.

I’m speaking of Andrew Garfield in the nomination best supporting actor in the social network. Don’t you think so? As for the best motion picture… I suppose they forgot Martin Scorsese’ Shutter Island. The movie itself and DiCaprio’s performance were quite impressive to get nominations.

And why didn’t they give a nomination to Inception’s director Christopher Nolan though the film received 8 nominations?
